1.Drafting Contracts, License Agreements, Lease Deeds, JV’s, Franchise, Service Contract, MOU’s, Deeds, etc.
2.Handle litigation and liaison work.
3.Provide legal opinion and advise the company.
4 MIS of Agreements and /or litigations.
Keyskills- – Knowledge of Corporate Law and other laws as applicable
– Knowledge of, IPR, Real estate, etc.
