About the Organizer:
Advocate Shipraa Tanna has been Practicing as a Litigation Associate in civil and criminal matters in the city of Mumbai and has extensive exposure and keen interest in Family Laws. She has appeared before the Hon’ble Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and has received favorable orders for her clients. Advocate Shipraa Tanna loves the exposure in Family Law Courts as No Two Family Court Cases are ever the same.
About the Quiz Competition:
Family laws and its connected disputes are as old as the institution of a Family. Family law is a social law which is prevalent all over the world. In the last two decades, Family law has gained immense popularity as a field of litigation and is very interesting and challenging. The best time to gain knowledge of this socially widespread field is during this time of Lockdown and hence, this FIRST EDITION OF THE FAMILY LAW QUIZ BY ADVOCATE SHIPRAA TANNA.
Date: 17th May 2020.
Time: 6 pm to 6.30 pm.
Theme of the Quiz:
Family law topics related to but not limited to the Concept of Marriage under different caste, Registration of Marriage, Divorce, Maintenance, Custody and Adoption of Children including Landmark judgements by the Indian Judiciary on the topics as mentioned above.
Format of the Quiz Competition:
The Quiz Competition will consist of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) questions of 2 marks each. There will be no negative marking. The Total time of the Quiz Competition is 30 minutes.
Eligibility:
The Quiz Competition is open to all law students and Legal Professionals.

Registrations Fees of INR 150/-. The said fees is non-refundable.
