A "will" shall be executed by a Testator in the presence of two witness.  the testator may prepare the will in his own hand writting/typing or there shall be a scribe. other wise it is invalid. it does not require stamp paper and registration is optional.  A Codicil is a supplementary document to already executed and registered will,  that means if some changes required in the will then the testator will execute a codicil.  the testator may prepare the will in his own hand writting/typing or there shall be a scribe. other wise it is invalid.  if any person have objections in the registered will, he may file a case in a court of law.
