Job description-a) Should have good command over languages (Kannada and English is Mandatory)
b) Drafting & vetting of contracts & agreements related to real estate such as Sale Deed, Agreement to Sell, Power of Attorney, Indemnity Bond, Lease Deed, MOU’s, Joint Development Agreements and other related documents.
c) Should be from Real Estate Industry (Mandatory)
Keyskills-Legal issue,drafting,mou,lease deed,sales deed etc.
