Shouvik Kr. Guha, one of the key figures in iPleaders Consultancy Services, is a young law graduate from the W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), who's had work and internship experiences in several leading law firms in India, some of the premier corporate houses as well as the Calcutta High Court and Supreme Court. Currently he is associated with WBNUJS as a research associate and is also pursuing his masters degree in law from the university. He has a diverse range of interests and specialization, including corporate and commercial laws, intellectual property and trade and competition laws and have authored numerous publications in national and international journals of repute, besides being a regular analyst and contributor in several legal and industrial web-blogs.
