Job description- Lawyers with Membership of Bar Association who are able to handle independently Civil Matters, Criminal Complaints including 138 matters and Arbitration Matters from the stage of drafting till final arguments before Arbitrators, Tribunals, Lower Courts and High Courts etc. Candidates having exposure of securities market litigation will be given preference. Comfortable with travelling outstation for handling Companys legal matters.

Qualification required-

1. Candidate should be having 5 -6 years experience in litigation.

2. Candidate should have strong knowledge of share broking compliances.

3. Should be LLB.

4. Should have very good knowledge of handling all proceeding  of courts.

5. Should be very good in all compliances.
