Recently, Saarth Dhingra happened to share his experience of the NUJS Diploma course in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws, which he had recently completed. Sharing it here with you all, as a success story. Over to Saarth.

I currently work as an Assistant Manager- Legal at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. (JSPL), one of India’s fastest growing and largest integrated steel manufacturers; significantly present in the Steel, Power, Mining, and Infrastructure segment.

I have done my B.A. LLB (Hons.) from Institute Of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad and 1 year LLM with specialization in Corporate & Finance Law from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. While surfing Facebook, one day I came across a link to this particular course. I checked the website and was really intrigued by the course contents, as the same was not run of the mill stuff and was designed in a very systematic manner. I joined the course to get an exposure to the practical aspects and the implementation of the theory, which I had learned during my law school. After the completion of my course, I am glad to say that my purpose of joining the course has been fulfilled.

The course syllabus is in depth and very meticulously planned. Even people from the non-law background can easily grasp it.  A fresh law graduate has an understanding of a subject from a theoretical aspect and this course explains as to how a particular process/task is done end to end along with the formalities and intricacies involved in it.

As a corporate lawyer, it’s very relevant to my job profile. My job profile involves both litigation and non-litigation work with a major stress on the Company Laws and the knowledge which I have acquired from this course has helped me a lot in doing my day to day work at JSPL.

In future, I plan to be a corporate lawyer only and venture into different sectors to learn the intricacies of the legal aspects of every sector. At any point in time, what I have learned from this course would be helpful and come into use.

I have already recommended this course to many of my friends and colleagues. I would recommend the NUJS Diploma in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws to CAs, CSs, and MBAs. They can benefit from this course since areas like Labour Laws, Taxation Laws etc. are covered in it and this diploma course covers the practical and the procedural aspects of these laws.  Lawyers and budding lawyers can benefit immensely from this course.  Law students, especially, would attain a better understanding of the subjects since they are studying those subjects in their law school and this course would help them to apply their theoretical knowledge to it.  This Course would help them in giving them an idea as to how the laws are applied in the real world.
