TIMCCE is unique in itself, since it is the first Moot Court Competition based on Energy Laws and International Laws. Mr. Raj Singh Niranjan, Managing Partner, TILA who has authored the first book on Electricity laws strongly believes that “Right to Energy” is a powerful solution to eradicate energy poverty across the world.TIMCEE was founded on 150th Birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in 2018.Right to Energy declaration was drafted & signed in 2018 by judges & participants during TIMCCE-1.
VISION & MISSION OF TIMCCE
TIMCCE aims to include “Right to Energy” as a fundamental right in all the constitutions of the world, and in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Accordingly, we have come up with TIMCCE-III to sensitize law students and equip them with basics of energy laws, which is growing very fast as practice area & is a brilliant opportunity for future legal profession.

The duly filled registration form 8 should reach latest by on or before 25th September 2020 by 23:59 hrs through email at [email protected] with subject title “Final Registration”. Interested applicants are kindly requested to register themselves at the earliest.
