Job Description-
- Provide legal advisory and transactional support for the Investments business
- Focusing on Capital Markets, Structured Products and Derivatives transactions (FX, Equity, Credit and Commodities) in the Asia Pacific region
- Assisting the Private Bank and related functions (Risk, etc) to structure transactional/client solutions
- Advise the Private Bank on the implementation of the new Dodd Frank Regulations
