Job description-
- To draft and vet Leases/License & Other agreements for stores effectively to facilitate the business by ensuring legally binding contracts.
- To initiate and drive compliances under food laws, legal metrology and labour laws and Litigation
- To make contracts mitigating risk of SPENCERS – Statutory compliances of the Business
- Timely delivery of replies and notices – Issue notices & reply to notices
- Liasioning with Labour Department, Police Authorities and other statutory authorities and other Govt. Authorities
- Drafting Legal documents & Contracts
- Close co-ordination with various stake holders of the business
- To understand the business needs and guide considering the legal aspects and implications.
- Maintenance of Legal Trackers & MIS Report
