Job description-
To support and provide recommendations for finalisation of contracts & agreements, litigations for & against the Bank and facilitate ongoing legal/ regulatory compliance by various functions.
To ensure all compliances, filings, maintenance of Registers with respect to Companies Act and other applicable statutes like SEBI Regulations, Listing Agreements, Insider Trading regulations, Banking Regulations etc.
