Epic things take time to build up. This project we started at least 4 months back, and it took two and a half months more than what I expected. However, I am very proud to share with you the fruits of our labour.

And here is what, it’s free. We wrote a 150+ pages book, covering labour law compliance, checklists and formats, over 20 company policy formats, end-to-end guidance on disciplinary proceedings, different kinds of employment agreements, easy explainers for different kinds of laws and a lot more.

While the cover says Legal handbook for HR managers and we kept HR managers in mind while writing it, not indulging in the usual legal jargonese that is common otherwise, I expect that a lot of in-house lawyers, litigators dealing with labour law cases and other executives trying to learn more about labour laws will tremendously benefit from it.

And still we are not charging a dime for it. Only thing we are hoping for is that the handbook will spread far and wide, and will be used by a lot of HR managers and other professionals, and will become a standard tool in everyone’s tool box. 

Don’t worry about the changes in law, we will keep updating the free ebook as amendments happen.

So what about our selfish motivation? We are hoping that when HR managers read this amazing book, they will get interested in learning more labour and employment laws, and will check out our labour and employment law course for HR managers.
