I studied BA, LLB at School of Law, KIT University, Bhubaneshwar.  I am currently working as an Associate with the IT and Technology team of Fox Mandal & Associates.  I work on corporate transactions in the technology industry, data protection and privacy laws etc.

I got to know about this course through an online advertisement. I had just graduated from law school and the idea of doing an online course to reinforce my knowledge, especially in Business Laws sounded good to me. On further research, I found the course design to be extremely good and decided to enroll for the diploma course.

I strongly believe that my purpose of joining the course is fulfilled. The course content is extremely well designed and even the assessments are designed in a very challenging manner. Although the questions are MCQ, one cannot easily clear them unless you have a thorough knowledge of the subject.

All the modules are very well designed. I especially gained the most from the drafting exercises, I was able to learn and improve upon my drafting skills.

In future, I want to work on arbitration in the technology industry as well as the general corporate market.  I am confident that the learning’s from this course would help me succeed in my future plans.

I would recommend this course to professionals like Lawyers, Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants and people from Finance background.
