About the Organisers

Bar Council of India (BCI) is a statutory body formed under Section 4 of Advocates Act, 1961. It was created by the Parliament to regulate and represent the Indian Bar. It is responsible for prescribing professional standards and etiquettes, exercising disciplinary jurisdiction over the bar and for setting standards of legal education.

Air Law Academy & Research Centre (ALARC) promotes legal education to work for the development of educational excellence in the legal sphere. In order to assist the law students, it tries to cater to their professional needs, to bring professionalism in the future lawyers.

About the Conference

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are given to individuals for their unique creation. IPR management has become essential for industry and research institutions. It includes Patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets etc.
